Gem Type: Solid Old mined Owyhee opal from Owyhee Mountains that borders Idaho and Oregon. Color: Light. Robin egg blue.. Clarity: Translucent ,no crazing..very stable has been dryed years. Nice pin fire of red and green fire in most pieces. Actual colorplay is localized in small areas of piece. Actual opals up for sale. Have cut this material with great results.
